Yes. The order is decided usually on speed stats of each character in the battle, or on pre-emptive strikes and back attacks.

On Final Fantasy V on World 2 (Galufs World) does anyone know where I can get another "Blizzard" Sword. Location, cheat or Gameshark will do. If you know a Gameshark code then I'll obviously need to know the item position in the list. E-mail me at [email protected]
