What are you talking about? You don't need to beat any dark aeons to get anima. All you need to do is get all the destruction sphere treasures, and then go to the sunken temple, which you need to search for on the airships map screen. You then need to beat the really annoying fish from right at the beginning of the game, an then you can go get anima.

What are you talking about? You don't need to beat any dark aeons to get anima. All you need to do is get all the destruction sphere treasures, and then go to the sunken temple, which you need to search for on the airships map screen. You then need to beat the really annoying fish from right at the beginning of the game, an then you can go get anima.
As SL said, it will probably be in the north west regin, as the strongest ones are up there

Skoll - 630 gil
Nebiros - 480 gil
Flame Flan - 672 gil
Shred - 552 gil
Anacondaur - 1125 gil
Ogre - 1470 gil
Coeurl - 1650 gil
Chimera Brain - 1500 gil (second page)
Malboro - 1650 gil (second page)
you say that you are missing the first one on the second list. Well I think these are in order so I assume the one you are missing is a chimera brain - so look for one of those.

Right, I found the Monster Arena and i got all of the monsters from Clam Lands except one, its the first one on the second list. Can't find it and obviously i don't know what it is. Hewlp anyone?

Vist the Owner of the Monster Arena in the Calm Lands (there's three exits to the Calm Lands, one in the North East leading to Mt. Gagazet, another in the South East leading to Remiem Temple for which you need to be riding a Chocobo, and another mid-way between them in the Eastern cliff face, leading to the Arena).
Buy Capture weapons from him and head for Mt. Gagazet where you'll need to capture at least one of each type of monster there. Visit the Arena Owner again once you've done this to get the Blossom Crown as a reward.
Next go to the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth (leave the Calm Lands via the North East exit but instead for heading for Mt. Gagazet go right at the bridge and down the ramp, the cavern is at the bottom. When you get to Yojimbo in the Cavern he'll ask you a question, answer with "To defeat the strongest of fiends" or something along those lines then pay him his asking price (you'll need 250,000 gold).
Next you'll need the Aeon Anima, who is in Baaj Temple (coordinates are 13,60 on your airship navigation map). To get into Baaj Temple chamber of the Fayth you must have collected the 6 bonus items from the temples visited already using the destruction spheres. 5 you should already have, especially Bevelle which you can't return to. The 6th item is back in Zanarkand Dome, which you'll have to visit a second time to complete the trials again.
Once you've got Yojimbo and Anima, visit Belgemine again, battle her versions of Yojimbo and Anima and you'll get the Flower Sceptre. Get Yuna to send Belgemine once she is defeated, then present the Flower Sceptre and the Blossom Crown at the seal on the door of the Remiem Temple Chamber of the Fayth. The Magus Sisters will be your reward.

No, its a little before that, off to the right of the screen.
