I mean that when you locate it on the Airships navigation map, it locates it and is added to your list. Then you select it and go to it.

So i go to a green dot on the map? Where is it?

to get anima you must have the treasures from all the temples but you have the bevelle one definately
in the baaj go into the pool and you will fight geosgano the guy that almost ate tidus in the beginning) then the chamber of the fayth is through the tunnel (green dot on map) then go inside the chamber light the statues you must have the treasure from every temple to light all of them then the seal of the chamber will be broken go inside, seymours mother will talk to you and you will then recieve the 2nd best aeon in the game the dark aoen anima

I found Baaj Temple on the Airships Navigation map. Went to it and realised it was where you start of the game.
