Right, some company just got rid of Resi and sold it to Nintendo.

It is one of our best games and it has a home here.

Now we won't get to play any new ones because they are remaking new the old ones, and making new ones, for the gameCube.

It's a sad day for all.

The pictures look great though..................................

If Sony's machine was easier to work with we'd be seeing it in the next few months, Resident Evil 4 on the GC is currently on hold due to technical and artist problems, not sure exactly but it my appear after the ports or before.

Sony's kinda to blame :-(

Thats just great, that means then no resi4 on PS2 till maybe 2005 for us in the UK or on the PS3. Yeah, thanks a lot Capcom they have just showed us that they are worse than even Mr. Gates when it comes to greediness.

probably ;-)

I was getting a gamecube anyway for res zero so the remake,4 and the touched up ports make a gamecube purchase more worth while :-)

Alot of people are pieved with capcom though :-(

Yeah by then we will be playing games like SH2X and MGSX on the xbox, thats late, its like probably 2003/4 when we'll get games like Resi4 and maybe Resi zero.

Shocktrooper the resident evil remake is nothing you can't do on a ps2 with a little effort, it looks great and I'll be picking up my gamecube the day of it's release BUT nintendo just got lucky, Resident Evil 4 while in development became devil may cry then Shinji Mikami lost 2 programmers because they couldn't get their heads round working with the PS2, fine with onimusha and devil may cry but not with res evil mmm.

With resident evil zero already on the gamecube Capcom did something long overdue which is to keep the whole series on one machine. when the agreement is finished Capcom will obviously port them to the vast audience of the PS2.
