Ok i REALLY wanna get this whole online PS2 thing going on, but i dont have broadband, so can people tell me some good service providers and there term/conditions and monthly charges. So basically, what connection are you on and why? O and I dont think i'm in a telewest area, so other providers are welcome here.

Broadband has nothing to do with laying cables.
It's to do with your local phone exchange being able to interpret ADSL signals.

Well, that's ADSL anyway, NTL are different, but that's mainly because they have to lay cables in the area for all NTL services.

BT - upgrade phone exchange to support BB

NTL - lay cables to offer any kind of service in your area, because they're basically starting from scratch, unlike BT who already have the entire nation cabled.

Well my family are stubborn, they wont pay for broadband no matter how cheap it is (this has nothing to do with earlier quotes, i havent shown them these yet) and BT broadband is suppost to cost MEGA bucks! so i can afford £20 a month (i only have a paper round but am getting a sunday job at the end of July)

The two reccomended earlier look good, does anyone have them and do they DEFINATLY support online play?

I have BT broadband.

It's good.

And that's all I can say really. Don't knwo the cost. :D
