Read this and check the link at the bottom to see just why people must never stop trying to change this world and the stupid, hateful moron-cow idiots that carry out these retarded acts in the name of "God".
These people aren't religious, they're vile fools using "God" as an excuse for their hate and bigotry:

The nation's last anthrax scare
By Frederick Clarkson

Oct. 17, 2001
The arrival of letters that claimed to contain anthrax at more than 100 family planning and abortion clinics Monday triggered a new wave of national panic about bioterrorism.

But the sweep of terror by mail brought an entirely different response from the Rev. Donald Spitz, spokesman for the violently antiabortion Army of God.
Spitz cheerfully announced that the flood of potentially life-threatening mail "made my day," but he denied having any knowledge of where the letters came from.

It's not the first time abortion providers have dealt with an anthrax scare. According to the National Abortion Federation, there have been at least 80 anthrax threats against providers since 1998, with an epidemic of almost two dozen publicized threats in 1998 and 1999.

This time, a chapter of the Army of God -- the underground antiabortion group in whose name a 20-year crime spree of arson, assassination and bombing has been carried out against abortion providers -- claimed responsibility. "You have been exposed to anthrax," each letter announced. "We are going to kill all of you. From the Army of God, Virginia Dare Chapter."

Virginia Dare is believed to be the first white child born in the New World, in 1587, days after the first colonists arrived on Roanoke Island. Her grandfather was John White, the governor of Virginia.

Ok, now if you are not easily angered, check this link and see the vile crap that some members of my species are able to get away with.

If I ever meet one of these "people", they are going down.
Do not, ever, use religion as an excuse to perpetrate stupid hate crimes.

Morons.

Given that there are dated pre-historic pictures in caves of flying saucers and spacemen, I still find it easier to believe that we were put here by an alien race, than I do to believe anything written in the bible.

The thing is, before I start to attack the Bible, these people are fundamentalists.

And a fundamentalist is a fundamentalist, whatever the religion.
These funning idiots will take meaning from anything.
Manson through The Beatles were warning of a racial war...it doesn't matter what the literature you use as a trigger/excuse, you will be that intolerably dumb with whatever shreds of evidence or support you can find.

I would not consider these people Christians at all. These are the same morons that flew planes into the WTC, the same morons that think a book by Salman Rushdie is worthy of a fatwah and the same morons that believe people of different colour should be persecuted.

You call it what it is:

Terrorism. Not religion.

Note that I'm not a religious person... those quotes are from a website, not my memory.

The only time I've ever even looked at the bible was at school, when I had to... and the only part I can quote is from somwhere near the front; you know, the bit wot sez "Index".

Perhaps it was written in a forum like the Fog Chat stories....

You are of course correct there WM, but still; The Ten Commandments, surely they can follow those?
Or am I to assume that killing Doctors and Nurses in abortion clinics is okay for Christians to do, simply because the Bible is contradictory in some......most areas. Don't forget, it was written over a long time by lots of different people, perhaps God changed his mind every now and then.

Anyway, this digresses from the topic of importance. Pro Lifers are merchant bankers.

Ah, but see my previous post about the Bible being contradictory. The Bible also says:

Exodus 32:27 "Thus sayeth the Lord God of Israel, Put every man his sword by his side, . . . and slay every man his brother, . . . companion, . . . neighbor."

I Samuel 6:19 " . . . and the people lamented because the Lord had smitten many of the people with a great slaughter."

I Samuel 15:2,3,7,8 "Thus saith the Lord . . . Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass. . . . And Saul smote the Amalekites . . . and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword."

Numbers 15:36 "And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the Lord commanded Moses."

Hosea 13:16 "they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with children shall be ripped up."

And how do these people miss-interpret the Bible? What's so difficult about reading, understanding and then following the Ten Commandments - the basis of Christianity, the root from which it was grown.

Is one of the Ten Commandments 'Thou Shalt not Kill'??

Why yes, I believe it is. So in carrying out these draconian acts, hard line Christian Pro Lifers actually break one of the Ten Commandments. I would have thought that god, who is vengeful would be fairly annoyed at this flagrant bypassing of one of his laws because it suits them.

I quote (From the Bible, not often I do that.)

'For I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.'

If you believe in this, which I would have to assume that Christians do, God won't be a happy bunny with this dim wit slack jawed anachronisms.

Yes I'm starting to see where you're coming from now, thanks Your Honour and Goatboy for those teenage translations.

Whether your 'ordered' to do so or do it out your own accord doesn't make it any different. Like you say murder is murder and laws are laws, there's nothing you can really do to change it but in out country the justice system does seem to stink.

'Oh we'll let them off because it's there first crime'. They have made it quite clear about the anthrax disease though and you can be in jail for 7 years if you get caught doing a hoax. If only it was this harsh for every crime then maybe crime wouldn't be so high.

Sorry Nice Guy, my bad.

Basically, like Your Honour said, I believe that these people who murder doctors in the name of God are so completely ******** stupid as to merit immediate beatings with big heavy bibles until they realise that murder is murder, whether god said so or not.

And to carry out god's punishment is to claim you know what god would want, which is arrogant as hell.

Literally.
I am so disgusted with these people I cannot find the words to express myself.
