You took it off topic in the first place banging on about grammar and spelling instead, which of course is like waving a red flag to a bull to Hedfix and he decided to call you up on your poor grammar and spelling. Suck it up and deal with it, don't want your topics to go off topic then don't take them off topic in the first place especially not to Hedfix.
