What do you guys think of it? It should be the best RPG ever made, I can't wait to play it. It's worth buying an Xbox for Fable alone.

200 hours? Thats absolute balls if i ever did hear it (and apparantly i just did)
it must have taken about 3 or 4 days of casual gaming to get a weapon that was powerful enough to take on most of the 'later' enemies with. The only reason to level my character was to ensure I hit more and had enough energy to withstand a 'Cliff Racer' onslaught.
Don't get me wrong, this game was brilliant the first time when you gasp at the size of the map and versatility of your character/story. But it does get samey. Guilds for example, will offer the same missions as each other but where the fighters guild will make you run east, the mages will make you run west to deliever something/kill something....

I got bored as soon as I got off the boat and the game asked me if I wanted to be a woodelf or an Ork. It suddenly dawned on me what a stupidly beardy game I had in my collection.

Doesn't it take about 200 hours to get to that point though?
Still on the theme of Morrowind - it will soon get dull after you realise that your so strong that you can take down 'Golden Saints' with nothing more then a dagger and the only missions left involve running cross-country to talk to a person in a tent in the corner of the map only for them to tell you that you have to go back to tell the original person that "the dinner party is a go"....

Well, Fable will be on my Xmas list, along with Deus Ex 2 and True Crime Streets Of LA. What games are you guys getting for Xmas?
