I have never ever set foot in an SR shop (Don't take it the wrong way, I would love to go to one) but I live in Scotland and my "nearest" shop is a long way away. One day though my time will come and the opertunity will arise.

I've been to the Sawbo shop a couple of times.

I mainly go to the Chelmsford one though.

And sometimes I order over the 'net as well.

I'm multi-talented, see?

:-)

Sawbo has a somewhat...outgoing lady that works in there with insane hair.

Always nice to go into a shop that has pleasant staff which you can talk to. Certain stores get you through like a supermarket checkout when buying games. A few friendly words are all that is needed sometimes to bring customers back.

The Bristol shop is great, and the people who work there are very nice. Not sure if the same people work there now though when I was working there for work Experience, but they were v.helpful.

I go in the Sawbo one pretty often, and Snuggly says he'll be there but hides in the back room and watches me on CCTV in case I try to steal stuff and hide it in my hair.

Very pleased with the help given by your staff. They explained technical details in an easy way and were patient when providing information to a non expert like me.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
