Oops. I read the message first then already knew how many F's there were.

Subliminal messaging is another interesting thing.

After all, if you can't count F's in a single sentence, what makes you thinkg your brain can't be manipulated by others with relative ease?

..when I first looked at it, I counted three 'F's about 5 times, then I saw the of's and began to worry..

! WHAT ELSE DO WE MISS !

I've only reached 'D' in the alphabet at the mo, when I get to 'F'... whatever that is, i'll let you know how I got on!

Is very impressive that though. One of those things you don't notice until you know what you're looking for

Two a's. You'll spot it easily if you're in the right 'frame of mind' (very likely after reading this thread), but normally you'd miss it quite a bit.

Is it because of the difference in sound? efff and ovvv? (No not eff ovv!)

The brain looks for efff, and misses ovv, if it happens too quickly or something?

However, if like me, you examined each letter, its impossible to miss all the Fs!
