Maybe it could be the fact that the GC game had a bottle of JAck Daniels removed, a reference to "towel heads" and a random speech thing that guards would say at random *shrugs*

Most games (GameCube ones anyway) have a "recommended" or "suitabale" rating. These aren't proper legal ratings so actually it's perfectly legal to buy them even if you aren't the age recommended on the box. What did make me laugh however was seeing the Tony Hawks 3 box have a recommened 15+ rating... Because it has really fake, crappy looking blood. Heh.
