The special edition wasn't released a year ago and doesn't cost a fiver. Even if it did I think the extras and picture difference the DVD has over it more than justifies the extra £7 it'll cost me.

Did it have a Japanese 'Headmasters' Episode, a commentary track,

Anyway! I'd rather they brought out the entire series of The Mysterious Cities Of Gold, because that was one of the greatest cartoons EVER!

The box set is exactly the same as the two films seperately (I have both of them from Spain) with no more extras, just a nice piece of black cardboard reminding me of the death of Superman storyline in the comics.
