Which of these two is your favourite actor, and which is the best film you think they've each done.
Choices:
Al Pacino, or Robert De Niro?
Mum says Pacino because she fancies him more. Amateur.

Sorry, but Heat is nowhere near either De Niro's or Pacino's best at all.
Anyway, I thought it was on at 10:00.
I could be wrong. I don't have sky.

Might have been

Yep it was L.A. Takedown. Both by Michael Mann. Pacino really just based his role completely in his same charatcer in Takedown. The guy who played De Niro's character though, was awful. He couldn't show any emotion in his voice. The only thing he was good at was getting angry....which is sort of an emotion which is a bit strange.
It's amazing the amount of dialog which was just kept exactly the same. It was unbelievably similar. I know it was a remake but I didn't think it would be that similar.
And the guy who plays Ralph in Heat (Xander Berkely) played Waynegrow in Takedown.
It only costs about 6 quid on DVD. You can get it from SR I think.

But Heat. How can I say anything good about either of them after

YOU DAMN WELL BETTER APOLOGISE BOY, BEFORE I GET ANGRY!!!!! :-)
But anyway, I prefer De Niro.....I think.
And Snuggly, this has most probably been said but that film you talk of is called 'Scent of a Woman'. Oh and Chris O'Donell is a retard.
:)

I'm not the only person to think HEAT wasn't actually *that* amazing, fantastic!
Some people kept rating it, saying how it was great etc etc yadda yadda, but I didn't think it was that special.
