Okay, an absolute torrent of entries for this one, it too ka good couple of hours to read them all, and I had to kill several trees for the paper to print them all out, so no moaning about the winners.

Winner of a game of his choice - mickey, for his suggestion of a 'Gameaday Receipt' idea, of which many of you suggested, but mickey got their first. Well done, mickey.

Runners up prize of a DVD of his choice goes to Aliboy, for his 'Santa' idea. It's well put and a nice festive idea, so it's definitely worthy of a prize. Congrats.

Thanks to everyone for all your entries, we read them all and found them to be very useful. Peace out, and complaints to the usual address. Cheers

Ali

Extra GAD prize here for those with a creative brain to help us with our marketing and promotions.

1. Don't suggest any alterations to the site design. Don't suggest expensive campaigns.

2. Suggest how we can attract more visitors to the site from within the pages of our Club Magazine and our adverts in the specialist press such as PC Gamer.

3. Remember space is very limited. But you can enter this with something as simple as a change to the wording which we already use.

Below is an example of the type of thing we are looking for:

So, what do you say boys?

Wanna make christmas a special reserve one?
(Flow chart sort of thing)

Q1: Do you like good customer service?
Y: (Arrow to Q2)
N: Go to your normal game retailer.

Q2: Do you like saving up to £10 on games?
Y: (Arrow to Q3)
N: Go to your normal game retailer.

etc....

Last Question. Do you have no money?
YES: Head over to our sites and preorder to beat the Christmas rush and save yourself some money.

NO: Head over to Gameaday.co.uk and get a chance to win two games and a film every day.

You'd have to be a fool to miss out on Special Reserve's christmas savings.

GOVERNMENT HEALTH WARNING

An epidemic is sweeping across Britain.
Every day we have to prescribe treatments to people who have been ripped off for buying games.
This is a highly infectious disease with no current cure.
Most shops won't refund the money.
Make sure you check out ukgames.com first.

Thankyou

This may be a little different, but what I would like to see is a "fan-art" section of this web site/magazine, i personally love drawing video game characters and I know plenty of other people do to.
You could expand this by perhaps having a monthly prize, best picture wins?.
People could either come into the store and hand in there pictures or e-mail them to you?

You have a puzzle thats something like this....

"Solve the clues to find out the mystery word. To make the mystery word you must take the letter out the solved words that is the same as the question number e.g. 5) Clue- The name of the game currently at no.one answer-This is Football 2002 Letter-I because it is question 5 so the fith letter is taken out".

example______________________________________________

1)What animal is Donkey Kong?
answer- >G 2)...... Logan off Syphon Filter
answer- G>a 3)Meat from Hogs of war
answer- Ha>m<... letter-m
4)The new Nintendo hand held
answer- Gam>e
____________________________________________________________

Eventually enough clues will be given and then the letters from the answers will make up the mysteryword which will be 'GAMEADAY' (from the clues above u already have the start of it....GAME). It says turn page to find answer. On the next page in big letters it will say gameaday. Underneath that it will say "www.gameaday.com" always the answer when it comes to games"

U have a picture of a hedgehog starring into car headlights
caption "If the driver had purchsed his game from Special Reserve this hedgehog would still be alive. www.ukgames.com-the best online games store and no need to take that trip into town"

In other words what it is trying to say is that if the driver got the game from SR then he wouldn't have neede to drive and the hedgehog wouldn't of got run over.
