I was like "Yeah, whatever" but he talked my into it and.. it's a bloody great game! I've just got into it so much. The learning curve is pretty spot on, it's easy to get the basics, but to get Eagles and Birdies you need to have spent a little time playing.
The graphicsd aren't great, but then what's new with a multi-platform EA Sports game? Plus that fact that it doesn't really matter for this game...
The single player is huge, and there's loads of multiplayer games, like the very amusing Speed Golf.
I liked it so much, that I really didn't want to take it back to the rental shop. So I went back to SR in Chelmsford, and traded in Brute Force to get it....
Since then i've almost purchased it on a number of occasions, but something else always grabs my attention.
What are you trying to say?

I lived in Leicester while I was at uni there.

Got this game for Xmas on my Cube and it's bloody superb, I'm no golf fan but this game rocks. So much stuff to do and so addictive. This years version looks even better. Full world tour mode and so much stuff to do, i'll be in golf heaven....if that's possible.
