I don't know why, I finished Zelda and decided to return to my older titles rather than lunge into any new ones (Pokemon soon yay). I should really play the still far from complete Metroid but that bores me so I had a laugh a minute blast on the frankly excellent and addictive Timesplitters 2, had some mates over to play it too. This is turning out just like Perfect Dark on how much I play it.
So go on what have you been playing? and why?
ANYWAY.
I have Hitman Contracts, Morrowind (alright you can't finish, but y'know) to finish on Xbox, Metal Arms and FF on Cube, and STILL I'm gonna buy loads of N64 games.
ARG!
Then the Cube and Xbox games come out this Autumn/Winter! NOO!
Got to level 5-1 with 5 lives, but managed to lose them all very quickly.
Anyway, managed to get to 3-4 but I died stupidly. Really love it, still my favourite game of all time. Yay.
God I love this game, it's just so playable.
Update.. just got the final boss to do now..
I'm only playing it on Easy mode, so, lot's of Bruce Willis-style running around and constantly firing - my standard, kicks-me-in-the-balls-every-time tactic for first-person shooters - it works well in this game.
It's made me laugh on a few occasions, too. From the "Of course I F'ing this and that" during the game's introduction to the cries of "Noooo! Aaaaaah!" and "Shoot him!!"... This could be one of the most-underrated games available on the 'Cube - and other 2 systems! - available to date.
:)
