Timesplitters 2

I don't know why, I finished Zelda and decided to return to my older titles rather than lunge into any new ones (Pokemon soon yay). I should really play the still far from complete Metroid but that bores me so I had a laugh a minute blast on the frankly excellent and addictive Timesplitters 2, had some mates over to play it too. This is turning out just like Perfect Dark on how much I play it.

So go on what have you been playing? and why?

Completed Tales of Symphonia yesterday.

Excellent game.

Completed it in 47 hours 30 minutes.

Nearly 2 full days of gaming. Which is outstanding, all my characters were around the 66/68 level mark.

The ending was a bit gay though, Lloyd just goes "I will name the tree..." and thats it! Why?

I've been playing Halo 2, Ghost Recon 2 and Fable mostly. And there will be a lot more gaming instore for me over the half term.

Just ordered Viewtiful Joe from Play.com (£9.99) along with some DVDs, and I'm hoping this'll be the thing that frees me from this strange surroundings and back into a world where I feel the need to... 'GAME', once again. :)

I had a quick go on The Simpsons: Hit & Run last night after an hour-long tidy-up of my town in Animal Crossing, yet that's all the gaming I've done for over 3 weeks now.

I just completed Majoras's Mask. I didn't bother with all of the heart pieces but I got the Fierce Diety's mask which made the final battle stupidly easy. Still, it's an excellent game.

Been playing Ghost Recon 2 online and offline.

Online it's much better and far more enjoyable than the previous games, the same goes for offline as well. The Lonewolf guns are so fooking cool!

Nothing like popping caps in unsuspecting Koreans by poking your gun around the corner.

Completed Metroid Prime 2. Have to say the ending was kinda ruined by a rather munty Samus under all that armour. Always imagined her as more pretty. Not that I imagine about Samus often. :S

Went the bad cop route.

Playing like Dirty Harry rules muchly.

I like the double racer thing.

And Jungle Beat gets really addictive.

Never played the 64' version, but I must admit, DD has excellent and inventive tracks to race on which are pretty cool.

Shame about the double racers thing though.
