Timesplitters 2

I don't know why, I finished Zelda and decided to return to my older titles rather than lunge into any new ones (Pokemon soon yay). I should really play the still far from complete Metroid but that bores me so I had a laugh a minute blast on the frankly excellent and addictive Timesplitters 2, had some mates over to play it too. This is turning out just like Perfect Dark on how much I play it.

So go on what have you been playing? and why?

Night Caster II

Stuck it on yesterday and played it for 4 hours straight. It's a mix of gauntlet and BG:DA. The fighting system and spell system are excellent.

Sod the PC one.

Nope, the PC one will.

I'll tell you why...online. Thats where Worms is at its second most best, beaten by having a few people round to play.

You know, if you head on over to team17.com there is a Worms 3D demo for download. I got it myself but then again it didn't work as the demo had not been designed for certain types of Athlon processors or something. But they are working on a new demo which should fix that. But if you've got a Pentium, lucky you.

I'll be trying the demo first before anything. Me getting the Cube version looks pretty slight as I just don't see it joining my Elite force of GC games. Plus I'll be kicking myself after as I didn't get the PC version for online play.

I had a look at GameCube games at the weekend and there's a couple I might get now:

Skies of Arcadia.
Ikaruga (meant to get this ages ago)


I also got CUBE magazine to see what's in store, Mario Kart looks great, as does F-Zero GX. Also, I think I'll get the GC version of Worms 3D, I just think that version will work best.

If I get those 5 games that'll double my GC collection!

I've gone back to playing Ocarina Of Time on me GC...

I've just got the Master Sword (at least I think it is) at the temple of time, after spending a bit in that jabu man's belly as I forgot what to do.

I play TS2 loads.. clocked up a few hours on that beast.

I wonder how much of my life I have actually wasted playing games.. nah i'd rather not actually :o)

Erm, mostly playing TS2, and Skies which will be coming soon. Yay.

Can't wait for True Crime, it looks amazing.
