I don't know why, I finished Zelda and decided to return to my older titles rather than lunge into any new ones (Pokemon soon yay). I should really play the still far from complete Metroid but that bores me so I had a laugh a minute blast on the frankly excellent and addictive Timesplitters 2, had some mates over to play it too. This is turning out just like Perfect Dark on how much I play it.
So go on what have you been playing? and why?
I've been playing ISS 2 and it really is utter balls. Literally and metaphorically it would seem. The players just stand there and watch the ball roll past them and into the feet of the opposition. Even when you're controlling them they run the other way before doing what you say.
I'm waiting till Fifa 2004 goes down in price so I can get a decent footie game.
Lord.. this game is big. Or maybe it just seems this way because you're backtracking all of the time..
Metroid makes backtracking fun :)
Once again, I find this game only gets harder when you've left it alone for so long - no matter who or how-many you have in your team!
In this new season (my second in Div.1), I've only won one game (1-0 Deportivo) and I'm already out of the cup! Eidur Gudjohnsen couldn't get his headers anywhere near the crossbar if he wanted to, and Martin Palermo - althought very powerfull and my regular top-scorer - just seems rather big and slow now.
Joe Cole's the man who's carrying my team.
Ironic, isn't it? Since he's the one who can't get a game for them in real life! :)
Mario Golf and Sapphire is taking up all my time.
Excellent, and looks almost as good as PGR2 in parts.
