Based on the first and second page of the chat room named "I am also displeased by Nintendo.." where they were going on about programming languages (mainly basic) and programming games.
So I made this forum up . :^)

I reckon that everybody should be programmig games in java since it is the best by far.

They're the same language, except C++ is revamped to support objects. Objects introduce a slight processor overhead, but they make supporting, reusing and maintaining code a few orders of magnitude easier.

I use Word to make games.

Not that I've noticed much considerable difference, but I prefer C++.

So do most game developers due to its OOP approach. I just like C++ cos of the cout statement, and the fact it lets you define variables anywhere!

But what about graphics API's ay?

Open GL all the way! None of that Direct X nonsence for me!

It displays the text "hello world" at screen co-ordinates 20, 30.
