Go into the ruins, down the slope and turn left at the bottom. A couple of blokes come running up. Either run past or kill them.
You need to get up to the 2nd level of the building thing in front of you, if you look around there's a slope and jumpable boulders, use 'em.
Go through the only available door on the left, kill the bloke inside and nick the cube from the shelf on the far left of the room.
Done.
Back out, hop down and back out.
There are loads of doors in the Dwemer ruins, just go left at the bottom of the main chamber/hall thing and up a level using the rocks.
If you have to go through any doors or down stairs, you've gone the wrong way.

Sod it. It's in the Morrowind thread i'll just copy & paste it.
Put it this way. If I went around saying "Zelda's a pile of shat" (which I don't believe) then I wouldn't expect a very happy response from those who like it (ie the majority of those who own it).
Then you really are a fool.

I'll give you £1.50
