i dont even need a LONG list i could name a few quality ps2 games: GT3, METAL GEAR SOLID 2, SMACKDOWN 3, DARK CLOUD, TONY HAWKS 3, F1 2001, PRO EVO SOCCER, FIFA 2002, SSX, KLONEA 2, DEVIL MAY CRY,RESIDENT EVIL. those are the kinda games that make me a proud owner of a playstation 2 and all of the exellent peripherals and DVDs!

1080 is cancelled, but why care when ssx tricky is around :-)

I think the PS2 is better because:

1) It has (in my opinion) better games. Nintendo games are very laid back (in general). The PS2, however, has more exhillarating games, and it definitely has more racers.

2) The graphics are better. Can't be bothered to argue about this now, but trust me: They are.

3) The games have more potential. Because of the open-ended architecture of the PS2, the developer can focus more resources towards specific areas of the game, such as AI, draw distance, physics etc. This makes better games, in my opinion

4) It looks the business. Doesn't matter, I know, but it does.

5) There is more space on DVDs to store games, music, FMV etc. This means that GameCube owners will have to change discs 3 times more often than us.

6) Kazunri Yamushi

Ther are loads of other reasons, but digest that lot first.

Actually, I was refering to that wonderful picture of Shiggy, and also suggesting that perhaps he had a rumble pack built in, but my obviously superior intellect passed over you once again.

I feel so trapped.

Y IS THE GAME CUBE BETTER U DONT HAVE ANY PROPER REASONS WAT ABOUT ITS GAMES OR IS THE ONLY GOOD THING THE BUILT IN RUMBLE PACK personally i think that the ps2 is the world beater

Looks dont mater you twit. The game cube is small and plays the best games even though it hasnt been releast yet.
