I personally believe that the PS2 has a much wider variety of games-from platformers such as Crash Bandicoot and Spyro The Dragon (this is the only department that Nintendo can beat Sony, in my opinion,) as well as Shooters like Red Faction and MGS2, racers such as GT3, Extreme G3, Wipeout and loads more, including the amazing GTA3D, The Getaway, Devil May Cry and Run Like Hell.
That's whay I think the PS2 is better-much more variety.
