The "Freeola Customer Forum" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
However, the forum is just beind "used". Where as forums like the FOG are everr-popular, with people visiting regularly and generally having fun, the Web Design forum is merely being "used" for question and such like. Well, no longer! I want to turn this forum into a proper community. I want activities, I wnt games, I want people to enjoy it here, rather than just answer people's questions.
So, here's my WD forum pledge:
To get more of a group feel here
To start games
To start a group forum project (we'll talk about this later)
To have more competitions (not necessarily with prizes ;-))
To generally increase the level of posts here
So, who's with me? Up the mighty 206!
> I'm the same as Slaveunit.
What? you get regularly whipped for fun?
:D
Saying that though, a bit of life in here wouldnt go a miss, what we need is more web designers....
:)
Reaper pretty much summed this up for me, I only really come in here now. Sad that there are only a few posters though.
I hate people who try to take over and 'mould' forums. The idea of these things are to go with the flow. No WAY should anyone *own* it.
Doesn't if you're regular or just newbie. Everyone can have an opinion. To be honest there are only a few of the regulars comments worth reading on this forum anyway.
I'm older than most of you here. I've been in the IT business a lot longer than most of you. Doesn't mean I know everything. There's times I need advice. I can also help out with a lot of stuff. If you want a forum where you can play games whatever, show off how good your wrestling page is, perhaps we need a new forum.
I moderate a few forums (www.actionscripts.co.uk for example - cheap plug for a new board...) but I like this one because there is a different atmosphere in here.
I'm all for a good discussion. Leave this one as the title says; for people who want to talk techie.
come on RBS, poke me - I dare you... :)
> Shurrup, n00b. 12 year olds these days...Sigh.
