trying to sort out my set up! have to buy my own modem (my p/c died in a pethetic puff of smoke!)because bt doesn't surplie. the cheapest one i can find was at Maccro's for £95.Any serious draw-backs by not running it through a p/c?!!!!

Have you checked the fuse in the plug ?
not to sure! the misses unpluged the printer to use the iron(i have her well trained)when she put the plug in the trips blew and now it won't even turn on !! have checked all fuses their fine !Any ideas??
