I nearly picked this up for the Gamecube the other day, thinking a 4 player lightsabre fest would be great fun.

Thing is, when I saw the back of the box...

"can be played 2 players simultaneous"

Damn lazy LucasArts.

Did they bother with 4 player for the Xbox version?
Or was the Gamecube version actually 4 player and the box just mis-printed?

Pity, because it would be a good multiplayer game...

The new model PS2's (like the one I got a couple of weeks a go) are pretty reliable and they don't break down like they used to.

apart from my PS2 which died after 2 years of loyal service, and now lives in the wardrobe.

well, I have outcast on the PC, and I found the mouse to be very good, it's just the keys that let it down a bit.

I'll probably get academy for the xbox though, as I don't use this machine for gaming much anymore - it needs some new innards.

I thought Clone Wars was an appaling use of the licence, used to have it on Gamecube, and it was fun for a while but ultimately limited. Nice idea, but not much to it. Best Star Wars games on any console, so far, I'd say would have to Rogue Leader on Gamecube, but I hope Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic changes that, not because I want my fave Star Wars game to be on Xbox, but because it looks ace and sounds great. Roll on the 12th !
