Good work. How far have you got?

I'm enjoying it a lot and I think the combat works well. Some people say it's nothing but a better version of Phantasy Star Online. But I disagree. The potential is quite enormous.

And if that cheating f**k defeats me one more time at Pazaak, I'll kill him!

This'll be because so many games used to not give you the nasty option as a reply or nasty replies would get your character penalised. Not so in some of the light/dark good/bad influenced games we see nowadays. :)

There was a bit where you could save some guy from a Rakghoul. I inadvertantly saved him and realised I'd got some light points for it, so I went back and decided to leave him to his grisly fate. I've killed loads of innocents which is a supreme bonus. i like being evil. In every conversation I automatically choose the nasty option which makes me feel good for some reason.

I've got to the Rancour now. First I used Mission's stealth belt to get past him in solo mode but then I realised I wanted to kill the stinking fiend. But it was last last night so I decided to leave it at that.

Not sure how to kill him. I've got the poison fromk the severed arm but where do you place it?

Oh yeah, I'm getting sick and tired of Garth the whinging idiot going on about how he doesn't trust anyone because they betrayed him. Well I'm certainly ready to betray him and kill him in cold blood. Except I can't. Damn Garth! I want those Dark points.

got to a pretty interesting bit earlier. after settling a dispute between two warring families on dantooine, I got to investigate the ruins where revan and malak first got 'turned' to the dark side. It appears it has something to do with a race not seen for 20,000 years. I didn't learn much more, as I wanted to watch cliffhanger, and if I put it on again now I'll be up all night.

still, the plot thickens.

My light/dark meter is currently in the middle. I think it's time I started being a nasty guy and turn myself to the dark side.

I'm sick of carths rambling, and bastillas constant whinging. Time to turn on the jedi order .....

I'm warming to it more now - having just collected some bounties, won some fights in the duel pit and bought myself some good items. I always take a while to get into these type of games. I didn't like Morrowind much at first.

Light or Darkness - I can't make up my mind which way to go...

I've been trying to keep to the lightside, but to be honest I find the dark side aspects to conversation far more appealing. If it wasn't for taris being so boring I'd start over and pick all the nasty choices.

No, if you choose the Dark side you kick ass, if you choose light you're a pansy little git who's amazing powers allow him to persuade a barkeep to give you a free drink.

I imagine that the lightside takes longer but has more lasting benefits, while the darkside is quicker and more gratifying sooner?

I must admit, I can't wait to get off Taris - it's a bit grim. I hope the other locales are more inspiring to look at.
I'm currently about to enter the swoop race in attempt to free Bastila.

Which side of the Force is everyone favouring. I've picked up about 5 Darkside points and only 1 Lightside. I think my character is destined for evil. But it makes sense really - she is a female scoundrel with a nice asss.
