I didn't see the end. Had to go out. Hopefully, there will be another repeat sometime this week.
don't get me wrong, i can happily do without diva searches and similar wastes of time and would FAR prefer to see a wrestling match. However, when i watch RoH for example, while i admire and respect the quality of the match and athletes involved, i appreciate a little over the top-ness sometimes. RoH and their ilk put on a higher standard of traditional wrestling, whereas WWE provide more of the Entertainment aspectof the industry. i like the fire, i like the pyro, the lighting effects and the, at times hideous, acting. A Casket Match, for example, would be nothing without the facial expressions and the conveniently placed cameraman who captures them.
If you want "more realistic" wrestling then don't watch WWE's product (unless you see Benoit/Angle/Guererro on the card). Production in wrestling is a weird thing, TV that has none has better or more interesting matches to compensate for it (RoH, ECW), but a fireworks display presentation like the WWE NEEDS over the top characters to maintain the spectacle.
