i'm not so sure. his music got a HUGE pop because of the amount of people that knew the real life situation. Whether or not his popularity would be that high if people weren't on "his side" is questionable. Same as Batista's popularity after his HHH program is over.

I would like to see him back, but i think for Edge's safety they wouldn't. They say about making it into a storyline, but i really dont think Hardy would work it because he hates Edge so much their first match would involve Edge being seriously injured!

Maybe bringing back Hardy on the opposite show could be a good idea because as you say the fans love him, but I honestly cant see them on the same show, let alone having a feud. If they do then thr WWE are very distasteful.

I think i said before how Hardy was meant to be in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match but was replaced by Kane when in all seriousness he said he would shove a ladder down Edge's throat.

Heh money to be made? Didn't Vince hear the reception that wedding segment got? It was dead apart from the chants of boring and the playing of Hardy's music. It isn't making any money at all, Edge and Lita aren't getting heat because of the storyline the WWE are doing they're getting real life heat.

It's just a distasteful storyline which i can't say i'm at all surprised of the WWE doing considering their past history of such things as the Katie Vick storyline and the Un-Americans

You all know about the Hardy/Lita/Edge thing, but i just found this...

"Lita has apparently voiced concerns about her controversial new storyline with Edge, but understands that she must oblige given the company are against talent refusuing storylines for personal reasons when there is money to be made"

Pfffft, WWE making money out of it. I would have thought it would make people stop watching to be honest.

After Lita went against Kane in the Goldrush Tournament Final, Matt Hardy said "I don't know about you guys, but in my opinion, the ending of Raw was tasteless and deplorable. It's literally sickening to see a real life tragedy exploited as a wrestling angle."

Also,

"Lita is said to be uncomfortable with the situation being exploited on TV, however she is in no position to complain at this point."

Thats the whole part about her lucky to still be in the company after the whole thing.

"Matt also admits to threatening Adam “Edge” Copeland over the phone and says that Amy’s relationship with Adam appears to be unsteady. He didn’t rule out reuniting with Amy as well."

This statement is then followed with:

"There’s talk within some circles in WWE that Vince McMahon may be talked into rehiring Matt Hardy, in order to take part in an on-air feud with Edge and Lita"

I can't see that happening myself mainly because i dont think it would be fake wrestling...i think Matt would actually smash Edge's head in.

Also there was a piece written by Matt Hardy:

I just wanted to update everyone on the rapidly-changing soap opera that is known as my life. Several people have asked my opinion on the angle last week involving my former girlfriend (FGF) and former close friend (FCF), and if I will continue to watch the WWE product. To begin with, the angle is obviously nauseating to me because it strikes such a personal nerve within me. I obviously see why the company did it, but that doesn't mean it was a good moral or business decision. I won't be watching Raw anymore on Monday nights, I refuse to support a situation that has wronged me so much. If you do watch or attend the live shows, now is the time to chant for me if you'd like. My FGF and FCF have already been put together on-air, so nothing worse can happen from my personal perspective. It's much better to chant "You screwed Matt" or "We want Matt", as opposed to chanting for whoever they plug into my real-life role in the storyline. Don't let them pass the heat--chanting "Matt" shows you're much smarter than they make you out to be. They hate to hear any Matt chants because it's extremely rebellious and they really can't do anything to stop it except acknowledge me.

As you all know, I've been utterly disappointed in my FGF throughout all of this horseshit, and especially last Monday. She's obviously wrapped up in what her "character" is doing, but to go through with the angle speaks volumes about her true feelings and character. You can always say no to something if you're not comfortable with it. After treating her so good for so long, it's amazing how quick someone could forget that. I'm sure all of you remember how I always spoke highly of my FGF, I always went out of my way to compliment her--she obviously didn't appreciate it very much. It's been nice having Lori to hang out with, she has been an incredible person who truly appreciates all the things we do for one another. It's been very strange spending time with Lori instead of my FGF, but very comforting

Anyone know who Lori is?

That second spot in the lineup for the Yankees is a problem. Jeter, Sheffield, A-Rod and Matsui are all batting 300 or over now. Below that is a bit hit and miss.

13 run inning for the Yankees. Pistons level up against the Spurs to force a game 7 decider.

Are you going to change peoples stats every week in relation to things like overness etc if they are used?
