God...they always have to change something don't they? IMO they just keep making F1 worse. The only rule I can think of that improved the sport in the past few seasons was the one where the one driver of the same team couldn't be ordered to let the other past him.

A lot of teams are saying that they are pretty restricted by the new rule changes so I guess they are getting a bit more 'radical' with their designs in a bid to make up the lost downforce.
