The only time i've ever laughed at her is the episode when i think it's selma or patty looking after her and Bart and she takes them into one of those theme park rides and they get her to drink the water and she goes all loopy.

I agree, she isn't funny. I don't think I've seen an episode with Lisa in as main character that has been funny.
Anything to get rid of the constant obsession of shoving Lisa in our faces with her right-on ramblings. That's what is killing the show in my opinion, giving far too much time to probably the least funniest character ever
