Now I know there is a Nintendo longest thread but that isn't going to well so I made up this thread.

Just like on the Sony Forum (who have created a PS2 thread and a Sony thread) I decided to make a topic for Gamecube talk only. So you can spam a bit but not much. Try to keep the talk on GC.

Try and beat the old longest thread forum as well.

I know you guys out there on this forum like GC's so lets get chatting.

The forums here are laid out better but on the NINTYuk you can use text effects like colours fonts etc.

There isn't just forums on NINTYuk though!

Being pirateable isn't exactly a good thng is it? I know it makes some sales but it is a rubbishy way of getting money.

Well Panasonic know as Matsushita {or something like that} over in Japan are producing the Gamecubes disks. They have special branding in the center of the disk which is gonna make it helluva lot harder to copy em. Coupled with the fact that the disks are only 8cm's wide, the Gamecube is gonna be pirate proof for quite a while. Not too sure if this is a good, or bad point for the success of the Gamecube though. As everyone knows the reason that the Playstation did so well was because it was easily piratable!

Only time will tell!

Aparently Panasonic are the experts on non pirate discs. That is why Ninty are meant to have gone with them.
