Its' marquee or something like that but it only works in IE.

there is a way to do it wih javascript, go on the house builders association website and they've used it for their news.

Thanks Turbonutter, all I need now is flash, hhmm, I feel De Ja Vu coming on, damn, i'm not going to pay £300 for flash, I need an alternative, but thanks for your time.
It's possible to do it with HTML + JavaScript but I wouldn't recommend it.
You need to use an applet or Flash. I recommend the later.
