Anyway, any hopes of such a title on the Nintendo machine were initially shattered, seeing as the man behind the game (Yu Suzuki) and his development team (AM2) decided to concentrate their efforts on PS2 with a conversion of Virtua Fighter 4. However, in a recent interview with the man himself, he clearly stated "I am beyond impressed with Nintendo GameCube, more so than the other consoles." He also stated that his team are working on several Gamecube projects. Oh, please let it be Shenmue, pleeeeeeeeaasseeee!
It'll make the PS2's backwards compatibility with the PSOne look like a cheap novelty.
I doubt it'll happen in the real world though.
1)It will still include the Japanese voice-overs.
2)Who cares? It never ruined Zelda 64 did it?
