Sounds perfect for me does that. I love difficult games and if it has decent LIVE and single player modes then I shall pick it up.

I traded it in soon after I got it, simply because I found it way too hard for me. The single player was good, but ultimately too realistic for my liking. And because I found the single player difficult and couldn't really progress much, Live play had me competing against people who were far too good.
So it really depends on how realistic and / or hard you like games to be.
