i know i ask for help on lots of games, but thats just my style cos i dont really get what it says on gamefaqs as im dumb like that :p but i just got this off a mate, and i want to know how do i get the bomb thing when you are in your ball and ho do i get the jump aswell, i already have the missile launcher and the charge up beam

Lock onto the target you need to shoot as soon as possible then using the B button, run around the edge as quickly as possible. Lock on and shoot the target as far away as you can. If you get the right angle you can shoot it from quite a distance.
i know, i know, i have the bomb thing now, and i cant do the boss where you have to shoot the solar power beam thing, i do it once then the second time i shoot it and he hits the solar mirror thing before i can reach the other one which is opposite of it :(

Bombs are in, er, ah yes, Chozo ruins. You need to find a certain room, using the skills you got before. Called Hive something.
And to get the jump, you need the boost ball. You can figure it out yourself. Thats the whole point. Use the tools you have.........
