just half an hour ago the north tower of the world trade centre in New York City was hit by a small passenger airplane then the south tower was hit by a larger private jet hit the south tower...the first jet is said to have been hijacked.......
it has been announsed that both planes were hijacked from boston

There WERE about 25,000 people in each of the Trade Centre Buildings. A TOTAL of 50,000

They'll be okay... In God They Trust... is says so on their currency.

They've just gotta comfort each other and hope and pray for the best. It's the most they can do.

then we'd have a war on our hands.

Have you considered what America would do if they did trace it to somewhere? If a nuke was fired, spies on the inside would know and there would be retaliation. We'd have to send troops, therefore we'd become a target...but the effect troops would have (Bush, American pride) may be minimal, tactical nukes on a battlefield and all..

And now any planes towards Washington being shot down straight away...these are passenger jets...

there seem to be a lot of folk online right now cos i can't seem 2 get anywhare near the news headlines and when i type in bbc news.co.uk the pages hardly loads at all

Theres about 50,000 people working in them everyday, there was about 20 floors above where the plane hit and the people there stood no chance.

This does acutally make me feel sick.

The buildings must havetaken a few with them when they fell too.

I feel ill.
