Well not really. It's a clever marketing technique; the theory that something new will sell better than something second hand.
How sad.
Indeed I did, but I've only ever used it for 5 mins, and you can't list the item as new if you've used it at all, thought I would even things out ;) Some would call it lieing, I call it not telling the truth completely. It looks brand new anyway, so nobody would be able to tell, therefore nobody loses out, only myself (morally) :P
*EDIT* And thanks for trying to defend me w666 (saw your original post) but it's ok, Garin has an eagle-eye (Altair?) ;P As I said though, the person who buys it won't know any different. 5 minutes of use hardly destroys the product ;D
