On your keyboard, see the little lines under the F and J key; They are the home keys. To let whizzy typists know where they are on a keyboard without looking.

If you are typing correctly (not with one fingewr for example), then there are certain words that can be typed with the use of one hand only, rahter than both.

That is the worst puzzle, I've ever heard, ever.
