Here is what I've been considering:
XIII
VERY tempted heard many good things, what do you think?
Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg
I just love platformers and this looks far superior to the upcoming multi-format Sonic game.
True Crime: Streets of LA
I visited a mates house today who showed me it and I'm highly impressed! Looks like it could get tiresome but not too sure.
Star Wars Rogue Squadron 3: Rebel Strike
After owning all Factor 5's star wars flight games (including the other 2 Squadron's and Battle for Naboo) this seems like the obvious choice. Just I don't seem to love them like everyone else seems to. Nevertheless if the new updates are great then I should give it a go.
There be the options, don't mention 1080 it will be purchased myself from this special reserve establishment. Go on... help.
I'd likely buy it either way, but for some reason I look forward to playing the original on the Xbox.
I guess it would sound better but would be a pointless waste of time and money.
It sounds better. Offered the choice of a double pack or a triple pack which would you pick if they were outwardly similar? It wouldn't take them long to port it over, it'll likely be based on the PC version as it has a more similar architecture to Xbox than N64 does.
Yeah it is virtually the same, but it's an extra. The original DK in DK64 was just an extra. It didn't need to be but it was because it added to the overall enjoyment of the game.
But Rogue Squadron levels are mostly the same as Rogue Squadron 2... why upgrade the original when they already have done?
But yeah, why not throw in Battle for Naboo as well. And why is that Rogue Squadron 2 wasn't Rogue Squadron 3? Really it should have been.
However the space shooter that I'm looking forward to is Star Trek Shattered Universe. Have no idea of how good it will end up being, but I prefer Trek to Wars. And it does have a decent sounding story. They'll probably ruin it though.

Yeah but I think it's pretty top notch.
I think all of ubi-soft are damn good.
Regarding shifting consoles the game will do the business for the Cube and NOT the X-box despite the sales for the game doing better on the old 'box (i'm sure you know what I mean. It'll make sense that X-box gets Rogue Squadron 3, with the multiplayer mode also avalible as single player... and that is it. Because that means you get Rogue Squadron 2 (the next gen update of Rogue Squadron) and Rogue Squadron 3.
That makes more sense than all 3 games being ported... as why port the first? And what about Battle for Naboo?
Anyway as for Ubi soft who is developing the critically acclaimed Prince of Persia and Beyond Good and Evil then Alastar?
Hopefully the rest of the Ubisoft folk will have learned something from the Montreal boys. Didn't Ubisoft do Rayman?
Also, if they use the same engine etc, if all the code is already there, and they have all the levels etc, it is not going to be that difficult to merge all three games onto one disk and make a great 50 level or whatever game.
15-20 levels and you think this looks good. You look and see 50 you think wow that's good value for money.
