The worst ever PS2 game I have ever come across has to be Metal Gear Solid: Son's Of Liberty, it was so over-rated. The controls were absolutely diabolical and the gameplay was just too plain.
I'm not sure about the worse game, but a couple of BIG disappointment's this year after all of the hype surrounding them, Enter the Matrix and Tomb Raider Angel of Death.
