Some of the expected release titles for the N5 are currently...
Metroid Prime 2
Too Human
Eternal Darkness 2 - Sanitys redemption
Super monkey ball 3
Super smash bros 3
Pikmin 3
All are currently in early development stages for the next gen console.
What games would you like to see come onto the N5?
Im hoping for MUCH better 3rd party support this time around... maybe in 16 months time we will know more (Nintendo have hinted at a March 2005 release in Japan for the N5)
Microsoft and Nintendo.
You'll see.

The N5 is the confirmed name; as in confirmed by 'Nintendo'(i hear they have something to do with it)
And its been called that for months now, and not changed once.
I need to complete that.. and Metroid..
I got up to this place where you got to kill loads of space pirates than you walk through this door and its really dark and theres some sort of guns or something??
Anyways yeah I died and didn't play it for like 2months.
Maybe its time to play again!

I like the Cube and want to continue to play on it, with the games I have at the moment.
I got the info from somone who i know very well and have done for over 10 years... he used to program for US gold but sonce moved onto EA's team of developers.
He confirmed to me that EA are absolutely 100% already developing for the N5 but he either couldnt or didnt tell me which titles but you can probably guess theres a FIFA game in that somewhere lol.
The information he gave me was that Nintendo have contacted EA with a basic invite to them to start developing for the next gen console... he also told me that some of his freinds in different developers offices have also been contacted with a similar message, so Nintendo have contacted developers and he can confirm this to me but what he couldnt say is what the spec given by Nintendo was for the N5... i can only guess either he wasnt allowed that information by the top=guns at EA just yet or that Nintendo didnt give any absolute final spec for the N5 to EA at all.
I still stand by the Rogue Leader series going to the X-box tho...

Correct, Too Human will be on N5, but MP2 is on Cube. As is Pikmin 3 probably, but that's since that's already in development it's unlucky. AV have stated Monkey Ball 3 is NOT being made currently, Silicon Knights have stated that they aren't working on a ED sequel - and that title you listed is from one of the insanity effects in the game that claims the story will continue in a sequel. Silicon Knights have confirmed this was just a JOKE. As for Smash Bros. 3, who knows, it may be in development, but that's just a guess for sure. 1/6 right methinks.
Just what trustworthy whisper told you this? Or was it Eternal Darkness-like whispers in your own head :D
Just a bunch of things I've played before.
I mean, a console launch is suppose to be a new start and if they are gonna throw sequels at me it's not going to influence that, is it.
That probably isn't the line up anyway. I'll be fine with it if theres a few original BIG titles. Not EA Big, but BIGGGGG.
Although it's probably all just lies.

Agreed. There's enough games on GameCube to keep me occupied, but there's nowhere near sufficient enough third party support to attract many buyers. I really am sick of seeing PC, Xbox, PS2 in the 'format' column of most games.

99.9% certain? I'll overlook the slight oxymoron, and I have to disagree. As far as I know - Nintendo have some kind of deal, partnership or shares connection with Factor 5 and this is why the Rogue Squadron and Pilotwings games have always remained exclusive. I would put this down as a rumour just like the Pro Evolution Soccer 3 one. It most likely will not happen.
And where do you get this information from? Are you guessing or do you have inside knowledge? I'd be interested to know your sources, what with my requirements to post news regularly over at www.synae.com.
