This may come as a surprise, after all the abuse I've given you over the last 18 months (anyone remember 'Pokémin'? or '10 reasons to get an X-Box'?), but i can't help myself...
But information is needed before I go along and put my PS2 on e-bay and pray for a bidder. Matthew wants info. Matt wants reviews. Matt wants info on the best deal. With reviews.
All together now... SELL OUT!

Shifting a TV's easy.
Also, I'll give Halo a chance, but I doubt I'll enjoy it...

MP has a rating of something like 9.5. If a game is good then it will be recognised.

1) the first level is really training
2) it's an immersive game, you can't get that involved in a game when playing it in a high street store. If I'd played something like Goldeneye in a store I doubt my experience would have been very good either.

Yeah, but that could be said for anything - Vice City etc gets that, while Metroid might not, and yet MP is the best game ever. All opinion.
Meh.
How many people have 2 xboes in the same room, as well as 2 TV's?

I don't trust many reviews, but theirs are pretty good. But that is not what I really go by, it is the readers ratings that I go by. If 1500 people give something an overall rating of 9.4 or something then the game is good.

System Link improves the smaller deathmatch levels a great deal. Not being able to see your opponent's screen makes all the difference.
I hated it.
