"Nothing intersting, just some weird ideas."
What?
These "Weird Ideas" are innovation and everyone who's played them say that they work a treat as a new gaming experience.
There's Nintendo's Pikmin and Luigi's Mansion.
I've yet to see a PS2 which combines originality and quality as well.
There's Sega's very own Monkey Ball as a launch game.
And there's a giant line up of titles within a few months to come with it.
And if you prefer tried and tested clones of Sports games and beat em ups and F1 games then EA will have a neat line up for you by the time it's launched here.
If you don't want to get a Gamecube because you're a Sony zealot then just say.
No need to make up silly excuses like that. :-D

You! were actualy thinking of getting a Gamecube?! bah! nearly as worse as me gettin a PS2 ;-)

oh right! I was just about to write an article on that very subject... but then realised that because I am a born again newbie I can't post on this forum! DOH!
Actually, I'm very disappointed with the GC launch. I was actually going to get one, after hearing all the good news, then I saw the launch and nearly spat out my tea! There is not one single title, launch or coming, that interests me in the slightest. There's nothing really innovative, just some weird ideas. Nintendo have become complacent, and a lot of PS2 games have much cleverer ideas. Also, I have noticed that a couple of Shigsy's ideas have been nicked from earlier games, but more on that later.
(bear with me on this one...)
There were a couple of triple A games (don't ask me what... but there were some).
There were a few games to show off graphics
and the rest were aimed at casual gamers in order for them to buy buy buy!
What is so wrong with that?
