This idea is just an extension to the chat rooms and forums, all it is is a simple messaging system, like the forums.
if you want to contact someone but they're oofline and you havn't got their e-mail address you could simply click on their name or type they're name into a search box and send them a message, the recipient would recieve all their messages when they log onto SR and so on.
what do you think?

SR's always updateing their site, I thought it might be a good idea to keep their programmers busy + I thought most of you guys were already employed to programme PHP on this site, there was something a while back on that, maybe the jobs still open (link bottom of left margin)

Yeah sure, I reckon I could program it. I'd need access to the source and your database structure though. I don't need passwords so it will be secure.
Game, I think you're getting mixed up. Grix and FM can program games in C++ or C or whatever, but the forum is different. It's programmed in PHP because C++ is very difficult (and slow) on the Net. I doubt FM or Grix know PHP and wouldn't be much help. Probably me, Reaper and Andrew Hunt should be able to sort something out. That is, if Tony wants us to?

yea, with avarage words per post, last GAD win, Last FAD win etc etc.
Might not need much programming but will take quite a lot of work, it would also have to be constantley updated.
