Its a virus that infects ure system and then picks a file at random from ure my documents folder to send on to every1 in ure contact list, its a good way to disguise itself and many people are fooled,
did the message go something like...
Hi! How are you?
I send this file for youe advice.

what u have there is a virus known as sircam, it auto sends itself to every one the infected computers contact list, so that person does have ure address and his/her pc is infected, if u have opened the file let me know, ill post info on how to clean ure system
