No, I think that's some rally game, probably also by Codemasters. Little is known about the TOCA game. It was a stop-press in the latest OPS2.
Turbo isn't TOCA the game where theyve motion captured the spectators, so they realisticly dive out the way of the cars?
Hmmm, you know, this TOCA game might actually be BETTER than GT3!

The best it may be, but its still the Microsoft train simulator of racing games. Eg Train Simlator simultaes trains perfectly where as GT3 simulates cars perfectly.
