Does anyone have any info on Age of Empires 3? whens it coming out etc.

Me too. AoK had me on 24/7...my dad had to ban me from playing it and then the dream ended.

Its the same format I suppose.

Age of Empires + Rise of Rome we're the best games I had the enjoyment of playing.

I don't care what they do to "cash in" All I want is a third one of good quality! Please....!

A third AOE? If they do bring one out, it'll be great. But probably similar to Cossacks due to the ages, units and campaigns involved.

It'd proably be the era of 1700-1900 I guess. Then to cash in, they'd probably make an extra one to concentrate on the 20th Century due to the number of wars then.

AoM sucked.

I heard rumours that AoE III would be set in not too old times and it would be set around wars which now start to include guns. Makes sense as they seem to have done everything good with AoK and couldn't really top it, another reason why AoM sucked.

This isn't confirmed however, but would be likely if they do make an AoEII which they should as AoE I/II did so well.

*sigh*

Bah to you! Got my hopes up big time! As soon as I saw this thread I thought it had been confirmed or something, oh well. Yeah, AoM...I didn't really like it much, AoK was much better, oh well.
