yeah funny wernt it?!

I love seeing arsenal lose, especially at highbury. My hate for them has been building up for years, and i cant control the emotion of happiness i feel when this happens.

Arsenal only bought 2nd rate players in the summer (with the exception of cambell). They were just average players. Arsenal are falling to pieces. Vieira will leave at the end of season, Wenger will go soon after....Happy day.

I saw the result and heard that Beckham scored in both ends, I think there needs to be some sort of clarity as to what the rules concerning quick free kicks are.

Was shorts red card justified??

Then there's this not playing the advantage thing that seems to be going on at the moment as well, which breaks the game up far too much.

I suppose it might settle down after a couple of weeks, but why do the FA insist on bringing out these dopey ideas, just to drop them after a few games. Is it just me or is the booking/red card count a tad high?

yeah the same thing happened in the man utd game today as it did in the arsenal game. quick free kicks without the opposing side ready. Is this somthin to make the premiership more exciting or somthin?

to hooplah:

we'll just leave it aT 1-1 then?

anyway, i wasnt dissing scotish people in genearal. Just the quality of the league...with the same two team dominating every season...hang on a minute...its the same in england! All i'm saying is when you get someone scoring 50 goals in a season it really shows the lack of quality from the rest of the league.

Alex ferguson was nothing specail as a footballer anyway, his footballing skills have nothin to do with his managerial skills. any next man with the proper training could become a football coach. Being a good player just gets you a little extra respect from the players.

Villa will get too occupied with Europe and subsequently falter in the Premiership. It's a proven track which so many clubs who haven't had constant European experience fall into. All luck to them though; I hope Angel can prove his critics wrong this season and show his Colombian magic.

I think you meant to write, "Liverpool deserved to win the treble last year."
