250. Yes, 250. Please, don't laugh. I think there's a problem:

My (relevent) system is:

333mhz K-6 2
Voodoo 5 5000 PCI
128mb RAM

I was using 3Dmark2001 at 1024x768 32bit.

I think there's something up. No way can the score be that low. Can someone give me some advice? If you need any info I have SiSoft Sandra 99.

I do have one theory though. The 3DFX card has a couple of large chips on it with fans. These fan are less than a cm away from another component. About 5mm max. Could this be slowing down the card?

Win 98 (not SE)
DX 8, latest version from Microsoft.

I can gaurantee the fans are working because I had to clean them today (that's what brought my attention to it).

Are the fans on the Voodoo card working? If not the card will overheat.

ps Even with the fans working the card does get very hot.
